The Organic Chef works diligently to protect the integrity of 100% grass-fed, organic and artisan foods and are dedicated to saving family farming and fellow family farmers and our customers are as much a part of the family as are the animals. All of our products we raise and sell are treated with the kindness and humanity that they deserve. Cows are allowed to be cows and are never contained or force fed. Our cattle are never under stress. There is no feed lot, no chemicals, no vaccines and they are never fed grains or given hormones or antibiotics. Our chickens roam free on the our certified organic pasture land. We never use corn or animal by-products. We add no pesticides or artificial substances to any part of our products. We treat our customers and our livestock fairly and kindly. That's our promise.
Our mission has always been to make available to the families of Florida, 100% grass-fed beef, humanely raised pork and chicken, lamb, rabbit, cheeses and wild caught seafood at fair prices. In addition to our own family farm, we only work with farms and processors that are sustainable and managed responsibly. We know and trust these quality farmers to adhere to our strict guidelines and standards.
We do not support factory farming or the use of antibiotics, chemicals or hormones.
