Hi Guys,
Just a note to let you know that the meat I got from you is by far the best I've ever had. I can't understand it. The only other experience I've had
heretofore with grass fed beef was through another company ( sic)  out in Texas. When I
cooked it, though, the fat ran out like crazy and I couldn't understand it. And the lady at the other company ( sic) for some reason couldn't understand what I was  talking about when I tried to tell her that I was pouring off half the
weight of the meat in fat. Anyway, this is just a note to let you know it was great meeting you guys and that I'll be coming to get more ground beef
very soon. My friends and family have been pilfering from my freezer stash, so it's time to reload!

My husband and I are crazy about the beef we bought. We cut the tenderloin into steaks, and they were perfectly tender and delicious. I'll now only be buying beef on my trips back & forth...... SO glad to know about your farm and I'll be back often!

My sister  had a shipment of groundbeef, chicken, salmon and orange roughy sent to us. We have had the ground beef and it was delicious.

Hello, we bought several items last month: orange roughy, wild salmon ,chicken, everything was delicious. Untill we came to the organic new
zealand lamb chops, I was thinking why did we spend $40.00 on lambchops? Well we prepared them this night and every dollar spent was worth it.
From the moment we put them on the grill the smell was delicious. And the taste was exquisite!! We cut some small bone by bone and some 2 bones per chop. Just to try them out. The single ones were the best on the hot
grill on the stove , just pepper and salt . Glass of wine in one hand and a chop in the other.
Heaven!!!!!!! We are glad we found you and we wil be back for more.

Just a quick note to tell you how much I love the meat. I am sitting here as I type, simply eating browned ground beef
in a bowl. I seasoned it with onions, salt, fresh oregano from the garden, cumin, dried chipolte peppers, and ground coriander seeds.
Again, how nice to not have to worry about what is in the meat you are eating, besides meat, you know, stuff that is not only not food,
but IS poison. And how nice to not have to drain the grease!!!
I just eat it and enjoy it! You guys have a great day, and I'll stay in touch.

Because grass-fed meat is so lean, it is also lower in calories. (Fat has 9 calories per gram, compared with only 4 calories for protein and carbohydrates. The greater the fat content, the greater the number of calories.) A 6-ounce steak from a grass-finished steer has almost 100 fewer calories than a 6-ounce steak from a grain-fed steer. If you eat a typical amount of beef (66.5 pounds a year), switching to grass-fed beef will save you 17,733 calories a year. If everything else in your diet remains constant, you'll lose about six pounds a year.
